Mold Remediation

I called for a second opinion on a wall that possibly contained asbestos in a home we were purchasing, and they provided a very courteous and professional response over the phone. Much appreciated!

Best abatement company ever! They did awesome work. Price was very competitive. David and his crew are very professional. I would definitely use them again.

I can’t speak highly enough about the work David and his stellar crew did removing the asbestos in the joint compound from our basement walls. 5+ Stars.

David was extremely professional in his environmental testing and has gone above and beyond to help me through the process of getting everything I need submitted to the County for my demolition permit. He has been great to work with. I recommend him very highly for your environmental testing needs!

ACM did a great job from expediting lab results to removing compromised materials and a thorough job of cleaning up. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

They did the job. Was very carful with the property and their personell very pleasant to work with.

Chris and his team were outstanding!

Work was professional and fast. they took care of the problems and were in and out so that reconstruction could continue.

Great experience working with this team. Anthony was very helpful in getting us estimates and coordinated from start to finish and Luis and his crew were prompt, thorough, and respectful of my home. They got the job well, quickly, and cleanly. No dust or debris whatsoever outside the work area. Would recommend.

ACM Environmental team of Ben, Fabian and Fernando rocked this wall water damage demolition hard!!! They are the professionals and I stayed out of the way. ACM met and exceeded all of our expectations and then some. Upon arriving on time and escorted to the job site and explaining what was to be done, they immediately began preparing the areas by masking furnace ducts and windows, sealing off rooms not needing work, laying down heavy mil plastic sheet on floor to catch debris, set up a 3 stage dust/air filtration system and laying out chalk lines for the cut. Before I knew it the surgical cuts were made, debris hauled out, additional vacuuming performed and all prep work masking was removed, leaving the basement cleaner that before they arrived! Ben, Fabian and Fernando are a stealth team who completed this Herculean job very efficiently with resounding success.

Excellent work. I was impressed with the whole experience. The inspection and services were practical and not a ton of upsell for things not yet needed. The work seemed very solid for an upstairs remediation, and the communication throughout the process was great. The scheduling was also very quick. Would/will work with in the future for sure.

I have used Anthony and his crew on many of my asbestos projects. They know their stuff! If you have any needs related to an asbestos project, call them first.

ACM did my project with professionalism and expediency. I had a small leak and they were able to come out to demo and remove the mold within the week.

Highly recommended: Family owned. Local. Professional. Friendly. Good price. Good work. Finished early. It feels great having the asbestos gone, better than I imagined :)

Great company, great owners.

These guys were seriously great. Prompt, efficient, helpful, great communicators, and really nice work. They left my place better than they found it. Can't thank you enough! So glad to have this project in the rearview mirror!

Great company to work with, they answer every time I call, they stick to their schedules, their containments, equipment, setups, and work are professional, and they get in and out quickly so we can keep our restoration projects on schedule.

Just had popcorn asbestos removed from two bedrooms in my old house. These guys did an amazing job! They gave me an honest and fair quote and got it scheduled as quickly as they could. They treated my house with great care. I had a very difficult removal and David, the gentleman who handled my quote and the job, worked with me to come up with a solution that was cost-effective and just plain smart. I highly recommend ACM Environmental if asbestos removal is needed and will use them again if I am ever unlucky enough to buy another house with asbestos in it. David kept me updated as the day progressed and took pictures of the end result. Great and upstanding gentleman with an efficient and careful crew.

Done quickly and windows look great!

Anthony and his crew did an awesome job in removing our asbestos popcorn ceiling. It was tested with 5% asbestos and from the estimate forward they were very upfront with the process and setting a schedule. They did a set up day and finished the next day. They were very thorough and the cleanup was beyond our expectations. Thanks again for a very professional job well done.

I was so impressed with the quality of work from Ben and Fernando in opening a wall and helping me find the source of the leak. They were very professional and friendly!

Great, honest people here.

I had a very good experience with the abatement project in my house. ACM staff was punctual, they explained me the step of the process and showed me the containment set up. During the work a DAQ inspector showed up to monitor the work, so they are doing the work safely and according to regulations. At the end the left everything clean. Thanks!

David and his team are great to work with. Very knowledgeable, great communication and easy to work with.

David came very quickly after requesting a quote and the project was started on time and the team did an incredible job removing my popcorn ceilings! David called after every day to give me an update on the progress and they made sure to lock up the house every night. They were all very friendly and professional and left the place very clean. The whole team was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had along the way. I would recommend ACM Environmental to anyone who needs any asbestos or mold abatement services.

After the flooding in my rental home in Salt Lake, the team did a great job removing the asbestos and mold found in my house. After their work, my house was so much cleaner than they started and we were able to get to work re-building.

These guys are the best in the state

They were so easy to work with and helped ease the stress of water damage.

We had our second water damage event in two months and ACM came to the rescue! They are responsive, timely and have great communication. Their pricing is reasonable and they really go far to make it easy. It's been a great experience from start to finish.

They were great to work with!!!

Working with ACM has been a great experience. They have done several jobs for me. Always timely and efficient. I appreciate their knowledge and help along the way.

They did a good job

Daniel @ ACM was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He came up with solutions to address concerns in hard to reach areas in an older home. Would highly recommend ACM for asbestos abatement.

The crews setup, removed, and cleaned up our asbestos containing drywall completely and quickly. Would highly recommend.

The best job with the best price. Thank you so much for helping

Excellent service! Knowledgeable, professional!!

Very quick response

This company was great to work with. They are very professional timely and reasonably priced.

David seriously turned a horrible experience finding asbestos in a building I’m trying to buy into the easiest and best experience!! Definitely recommend!!!

Our go to asbestos abatement contractor. Really easy to work with and very reliable.

They provide excellent costumer service, will recommend their services without a doubt.

Fair pricing for testing, quick to respond to questions. Definitely would recommend.

As a Flood and Restoration professional and General Contractor ACM has taken care of all my Asbestos clean up needs, thanks for all you do.

The workers that came were excellent. They communicated well. They came when they said they were going to and they did a great job.

Loved working with ACM. They rushed out on a Sunday evening to do an asbestos test for me and 24 hour turnaround on the results. When I scheduled them to remove all of the asbestos tape, he let me shop around to compare quotes from other vendors. Loved their transparency and communication.

Great price, great team, great service. Definitely recommend!

This company is stellar. From my first interaction with them they were calming, kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me with a small job that I doubt anyone else would have been willing to do. They were extremely fair in their pricing. I worked with David and can tell you he is a tremendous asset to this company. I am very grateful.

Anthony and his team with quick, efficient, and thorough in getting rid of the asbestos-filled vinyl flooring in our kitchen. They communicated well and cleaned up their mess. We’re so happy with the work and the price!

David and his crew have just finished a sewage cleanup job at my home. They come early, have all the equipment and PPE they need, and work hard. They left the job in a very good state for the contractors who will come to put things back to normal. I highly recommend them.

I normally dont post reviews but. This was an absolutely amazing company to go through to get rid of my asbestos pop corn ceiling. All of the employees were very respectful and knowledgeable. Anthony was very quick to get me a quote and the guys with him got it done very quick. They even went ubove and beyond what I asked and clean up a lot of dryer lint out of the ceiling since the people before didn't hook the dryer vent up right. Outstanding job highly recommend for anyone who needs work done. :)

ACM Environmental was incredibly responsive and conducted a multitude of asbestos tests on a home that had me concerned. Thanks to David for his promptness and professionalism! I highly recommend ACM Environmental.

ACM did a great job on my emergency flood. They were quick to respond with an estimate and said they would be out at 8:00 a.m. in 2 days. They showed up at 8:00 a.m. like they said and had most of the job done on the first day. It was a wet disgusting mess with asbestos in it and they did a great job. Would definitely have them come again and recommend them to everybody.

Good guys, good work, would work with them again.

These guys were great. Very professional and went well beyond what they were expected to do.

These guys were great! From the first phone call the customer service was excellent. They knew exactly what they had to do and the timelines for permitting etc. Highly recommend. Also, their pricing is very reasonable. Their bid to get it down to the studs including asbestos abatement was less expensive than other bids I received from contractors to get it down to the studs without asbestos removal protocols. These guys were amazing!

Very professional. I was able to stay in the home during the removal of the asbestos. I came home to the doors reinstalled. They did a thorough job. Did what I asked and needed to be done. The tile flooring in the laundry room is ready for my tile installer with no prep work needed. I am very pleased with the company and highly recommend them.

Chris and Ramiro did an amazing job! They explained everything well, were quick, thorough, and very clean.

I highly recommend this company. Although the disaster for which we needed their services wasn’t great. They were very prompt in coming out to help and worked very quickly to get our home restored back again. They were very professional and mindful of our needs.

Very quick to respond and the bid was very fair and the work was extremely reasonable. Anthony was very easy to deal with and most helpful. I would highly recommend them. Dave Grecey

ACM Environmental did a great job on the project. They were very timely and fair on price. The owners are always great to work with. Best abatement company you can work with. Thanks for your help.

Very easy to work with. Great communication throughout the whole process. Very respectful in all aspects highly recommend them

DAVID and his crew did a very professional and competent job for me. They did it for the price we agreed on in a timely manner. I would hire him again.

Dave and his team @ ACM did an excellent job removing two bathroom floors with asbestos. After they were recommended to us from our remodel company, I contacted ACM to come out and test all the flooring in our two bathrooms. They tested positive for asbestos. We were given an estimate, and the price was fair for the job. We are very pleased with their work and would recommend them.

Great experience with asbestos abatement. Fast and professional. A light fixture was accidentally broken and David was proactive about fixing it himself before the week was out. Top notch communication skills. We will be using them again when we move on to the laundry room.

Asbestos is stressful to deal with, but I'm so glad we went through ACM Environmental to get rid of it. Our job was relatively small, but they were responsive, patient, and reliable even when dealing with our many questions and concerns. I'm no expert, but seeing all the safety precautions they took puts my mind at ease. Also, I shopped around a bit when we got the testing done and their prices were the best I found.

David and the team are great. I own a restoration company and they are my go-to’s for any asbestos abatement. Highly recommend. They also do mold!

ACM did a great job! I really appreciated them being in constant communication with me throughout the process. Their crew works seamlessly together and consists of a bunch of hard-working individuals. Special thanks to Nathan, Nicolas, and Christopher for getting us taken care of.

David, Chris, and his crew did a great job removing lead-based paint cedar shake shingles from our house exterior and they were great to work with. Professional, thorough, communicative, and timely.

I did asbestos removal with ACM Environmental. They were very professional, followed all safety procedures, offered fair pricing, and worked quickly and efficiently. The team was clean, fast, and easy to work with. We worked with Anthony and his crew — Chris, Ben, and Jake — and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend them 100%!

ACM was fast, thorough, and professional. I’m happy with their quality of work. They paid attention to the small details and left my house better than when they started. The team was quick to address any questions or concerns I had, and I’m grateful ACM was willing to work with my insurance company on the scope of the job.

ACM is very detailed oriented. David the owner and Tony were awesome to work with. They cleaned up my half broken cabinets and wasted them properly, and they took out the dry wall and flooring which had aesbestos in both of them. What I was really impressed with was their work ethic, cleanliness, efficiency, and time management. They had the bathroom and kitchen done in about 2 days. All the stuff they used they took out and they cleaned up everything they used. They were one of the best!! And, they were cheaper than any company I had researched. Thank you for your business!!

They were professional, fast, thorough, and helpful. I was impressed with how kind and they made sure I understood what they were doing and why they were doing it

Responsive, professional; cautious, trustworthy and reasonably priced! Job site was left in a very clean condition and extra work was performed beyond what was originally quoted at no additional charge. Wow 🤩 I’m grateful to have had their help! Thank you!

Worked with David and his crew. They were very great to work with, professional and prompt. They had everything out and cleaned up in just a couple of days and disposed of properly. If every in need again would definitely call ACM.

David and his entire team are the best abatement team in utah , possibly out there. Perfessional, kind and honest pricing. I look forward to working with them each and every time 💯

Anthony has be the kindest and very professional :) We are grateful to work with him for our Demolition Project!

David was awesome. His team was awesome. David guided me through several protracted steps to prepare my house for his team to do the removal. He was kind and professional. I recommend him enthusiastically.

As a restoration owner, it's fantastic to have a company you can trust to take care of the customer and do great work. Highly recommend ACM for any abatement needs.

I will highly recommend ACM to anyone! From the first day we met David we felt like our concerns were listened to and addressed. The estimate was thoroughly outlined and competitive. We’ve since had them back to do multiple areas of both asbestos and mold removal. Tony and the crew were kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful with our concerns. It’s always nice to have a company with excellent customer that makes you feel taken care of!

ACM was great to work with. Fair on price and very professional. Anthony and Chris were both super kind and kept me updated along the way. They were also very gracious when I had to reschedule last minute. Highly recommend to anyone needing asbestos abatement work done.

Fernando and his team were great to work with! They were super upfront about everything and went above and beyond with cleaning up. I would recommend them for any professional work you may need done.

We needed to demo our bathroom before remodeling, and our windows tested positive for lead paint. ACM was quick to respond, provide a quote, and get us scheduled. It was reassuring to know they fully sealed off the bathroom of our 1940's home, and ran a HEPA vacuum out the window to keep dust and debris out of our home, where our children's rooms were nearby. If you want a dust-free demo experience, and peace of mind, ACM are super professional and experienced, highly recommend.

ACM environmental was so helpful with removing the asbestos tape in our basement and demolition for our kitchen renovation. Christina was wonderful as our point person and super responsive and helpful with all our questions. Chris and his crew were wonderful and took great care of our house during the process. We would highly recommend ACM and would use them again in the future, if we need to.

I cannot tell you how pleased I have been with David at ACM environmental and his service, expertise, and professionalism. I am a Real Estate Broker and have seen many asbestos companies over the years. ACM is by far the best in terms of service, and pricing. I had another company come in and do testing. Despite telling them I needed results and quotes back ASAP, they took 5 buisness days to get back to me. During that time I emailed David, at 8 PM at night mind you, and within 30 minutes I had a detailed response with a quote. I emailed some more questions back and forth up to 10 PM, which he answered. Then he called me at 7 AM the next morning to go over everything and made sure I understood, he was incredibly knowledable about all things asbestos and regulations. His quote was much better than the other company's He has earned my business and all my client business for life. Defnitely get a quote from David before moving forward with any other company.

ACM did mold remediation in our guest bathroom and underneath our house. The men that did the work were respectful of our property and very thorough. They let us know ahead of time what the process was. David was very helpful with splitting up the bid to include the initial area to be worked, as well as two additional areas that may have mold. Fortunately, the mold had not spread beyond the initial area. All in all, ACM was the most cost effective for us and I highly recommend them.

I received estimates from multiple companies. This company had the best prices. They were also very personable and pleasant to work with. When they came in to remove the asbestos the crew was early and ready to get it done. They were extremely patient with me running late and with me getting the water turned back on for them to use. The crew did a great job and left the work site better than I expected. They followed all asbestos removal regulations and completed the job in a timely manner. I would recommend to anyone to use this company for their asbestos removal needs.

Dave and his team @ ACM did an excellent job removing 4 layers of sheet-vinyl flooring in my kitchen so I can proceed with my remodel with new tile overtop original subfloor. After reading their excellent reviews, I contacted ACM to come out and test all the flooring layers in my 100 year old Sugarhouse bungalow. Sure enough, one of them had asbestos. The price was fair for an abatement of my 100 Sq. Ft. kitchen. I also got them to remove an old pocket door and Sheetrock where I will eventually hang a wall-mounted ventilator for my stove. Impressed with how clean they left the space when they packed up their equipment and left for the day. Highly recommend this company!

I had a huge mess with a 98 year old house (unfinished basement) and asbestos ductwork that was failing. Things were broken, previous owners did shoddy DIY jobs and I didn’t know what to do. David came in and accessed my situation, took pictures (see below)and helped me understand the full scope of my problem. He then worked with my HVAC person to come up with a plan to not only get the job done right but put the safety of my family first. The price was incredibly fair and it only took them 2 days to do the job. Today they finished the job(remaining pictures). Not only did they take out all the asbestos ductwork but they cleaned out all the extra trash and debris others have left in the crawl space over the years. They cleaned up and returned any items that were moved for the job. My basement is ready for the HVAC rebuild to start. They were respectful and friendly. Not only would I recommend them for another job, I’d invite them to dinner. Hire them.

The crew were very efficient. They were also very courteous. They did a great job

So good to work with! Nathan is professional, super speedy contact initially and throughout process. They came to estimate were back next day to do the job. Clean work. Thank you!

David was a pleasure to work with. They completed the job in a timely manner. They were the best bid of the three we got and price was reasonable for the asbestosis abatement. Thank you ACM.

Great communication! Job started and completed on time. That sets David and his team apart from so many contractors.David and his team removed some asbestos vinyl floor that was under my ceramic tile, and plaster ceiling for me. They were quick & clean. I’ll recommend them to anyone needing abatement services! Thanks again ACM Environmental!

ACM was really great! In and out quickly and did a phenomenal job! Nicholas was awesome in keeping me up to date and just a solid dude! 100% Recommend

Absolutely phenomenal. We had a completely flooded garage and basement from a broken pipe in the upstairs bathroom. Within two weeks from the initial call, we had full tear out, dry out and prep for the official restore. Christina, Fernando, and Chris were miracle workers. They let us know what to expect each step of the way, were completely professional, and were friendly and considerate of our dogs and kids throughout the process.

ACM Environmental was great beyond my expectations! They were quick to respond, very clean and professional and they even handled everything from working with my insurance, to setting me up right with good trustworthy contractors to help finish the re-construction of the damages that were caused from the leak we had.

Anthony and his team were fast, informative, considerate, and professional. Everything worked out as expected, and we're happy with the results. It has been a pleasant experience working with his team.

Great service & quality work all in one. Very hard to find these days. Thank you! Matt Augustine Sr. EHS Technical Consultant CSRE-Global

The best job with the best price. Thank you so much for helping
