Absolutely phenomenal. We had a completely flooded garage and basement from a broken pipe in the upstairs bathroom. Within two weeks from the initial call, we had full tear out, dry out and prep for the official restore. Christina, Fernando, and Chris were miracle workers. They let us know what to expect each step of the way, were completely professional, and were friendly and considerate of our dogs and kids throughout the process.

Great company to work with, they answer every time I call, they stick to their schedules, their containments, equipment, setups, and work are professional, and they get in and out quickly so we can keep our restoration projects on schedule.

Dave and his team @ ACM did an excellent job removing 4 layers of sheet-vinyl flooring in my kitchen so I can proceed with my remodel with new tile overtop original subfloor. After reading their excellent reviews, I contacted ACM to come out and test all the flooring layers in my 100 year old Sugarhouse bungalow. Sure enough, one of them had asbestos. The price was fair for an abatement of my 100 Sq. Ft. kitchen. I also got them to remove an old pocket door and Sheetrock where I will eventually hang a wall-mounted ventilator for my stove. Impressed with how clean they left the space when they packed up their equipment and left for the day. Highly recommend this company!

Just had popcorn asbestos removed from two bedrooms in my old house. These guys did an amazing job! They gave me an honest and fair quote and got it scheduled as quickly as they could. They treated my house with great care. I had a very difficult removal and David, the gentleman who handled my quote and the job, worked with me to come up with a solution that was cost-effective and just plain smart. I highly recommend ACM Environmental if asbestos removal is needed and will use them again if I am ever unlucky enough to buy another house with asbestos in it. David kept me updated as the day progressed and took pictures of the end result. Great and upstanding gentleman with an efficient and careful crew.

I had a huge mess with a 98 year old house (unfinished basement) and asbestos ductwork that was failing. Things were broken, previous owners did shoddy DIY jobs and I didn’t know what to do. David came in and accessed my situation, took pictures (see below)and helped me understand the full scope of my problem. He then worked with my HVAC person to come up with a plan to not only get the job done right but put the safety of my family first. The price was incredibly fair and it only took them 2 days to do the job. Today they finished the job(remaining pictures). Not only did they take out all the asbestos ductwork but they cleaned out all the extra trash and debris others have left in the crawl space over the years. They cleaned up and returned any items that were moved for the job. My basement is ready for the HVAC rebuild to start. They were respectful and friendly. Not only would I recommend them for another job, I’d invite them to dinner. Hire them.

I've been working with Dave for several years now. I use him for all of my asbestos abatement projects. He's very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain the process. I highly recommend using ACM Environmental for all or your abatement and remediation needs.

ACM did mold remediation in our guest bathroom and underneath our house. The men that did the work were respectful of our property and very thorough. They let us know ahead of time what the process was. David was very helpful with splitting up the bid to include the initial area to be worked, as well as two additional areas that may have mold. Fortunately, the mold had not spread beyond the initial area. All in all, ACM was the most cost effective for us and I highly recommend them.

ACM did a great job on my emergency flood. They were quick to respond with an estimate and said they would be out at 8:00 a.m. in 2 days. They showed up at 8:00 a.m. like they said and had most of the job done on the first day. It was a wet disgusting mess with asbestos in it and they did a great job. I normally dont post reviews but. This was an absolutely amazing company to go through to get rid of my asbestos pop corn ceiling. All of the employees were very respectful and knowledgeable. Anthony was very quick to get me a quote and the guys with him got it done very quick. They even went ubove and beyond what I asked and clean up a lot of dryer lint out of the ceiling since the people before didn't hook the dryer vent up right. Outstanding job highly recommend for anyone who needs work done. :)

It’s rare that you get the level of responsiveness and service that I constantly received from Anthony. Whenever I called with a question, he would call me back within minutes. Certainly rare in this day and age. They did an excellent job removing the asbestos in the house and I am very happy that I chose to work with them. I’m sure there are cheaper options, but I’m not sure they would do the job nearly as well and could potentially cause an even more expensive cleanup. ACM Environmental was great beyond my expectations! They were quick to respond, very clean and professional and they even handled everything from working with my insurance, to setting me up right with good trustworthy contractors to help finish the re-construction of the damages that were caused from the leak we had.

We needed to demo our bathroom before remodeling, and our windows tested positive for lead paint. ACM was quick to respond, provide a quote, and get us scheduled. It was reassuring to know they fully sealed off the bathroom of our 1940's home, and ran a HEPA vacuum out the window to keep dust and debris out of our home, where our children's rooms were nearby. David and his crew have just finished a sewage cleanup job at my home. They come early, have all the equipment and PPE they need, and work hard. They left the job in a very good state for the contractors who will come to put things back to normal. I highly recommend them.

ACM Environmental team of Ben, Fabian and Fernando rocked this wall water damage demolition hard!!! They are the professionals and I stayed out of the way. ACM met and exceeded all of our expectations and then some. Upon arriving on time and escorted to the job site and explaining what was to be done, they immediately began preparing the areas by masking furnace ducts and windows, sealing off rooms not needing work, laying down heavy mil plastic sheet on floor to catch debris, set up a 3 stage dust/air filtration system and laying out chalk lines for the cut. Before I knew it the surgical cuts were made, debris hauled out, additional vacuuming performed and all prep work masking was removed, leaving the basement cleaner that before they arrived! Ben, Fabian and Fernando are a stealth team who completed this Herculean job very efficiently with resounding success.

I cannot tell you how pleased I have been with David at ACM environmental and his service, expertise, and professionalism. I am a Real Estate Broker and have seen many asbestos companies over the years. ACM is by far the best in terms of service, and pricing. I had another company come in and do testing. Despite telling them I needed results and quotes back ASAP, they took 5 buisness days to get back to me. During that time I emailed David, at 8 PM at night mind you, and within 30 minutes I had a detailed response with a quote. I emailed some more questions back and forth up to 10 PM, which he answered. Then he called me at 7 AM the next morning to go over everything and made sure I understood, he was incredibly knowledable about all things asbestos and regulations. His quote was much better than the other company's He has earned my business and all my client business for life. Defnitely get a quote from David before moving forward with any other company.

When they came in to remove the asbestos the crew was early and ready to get it done. They were extremely patient with me running late and with me getting the water turned back on for them to use. ACM is very detailed oriented. David the owner and Tony were awesome to work with. They cleaned up my half broken cabinets and wasted them properly, and they took out the dry wall and flooring which had aesbestos in both of them. Asbestos is stressful to deal with, but I'm so glad we went through ACM Environmental to get rid of it.
